تقي الدين السبكي (683 – 756 هـ/ 1284 – 1355 م) الفقيه الشافعي الصوفي المحدث الحافظ المفسر المقرئ الأصولي المتكلم النحوي اللغوي الأديب الحكيم المنطقي الجدلي الخلافي النظار، يلقب «بشيخ الإسلام وقاضي القضاة». وهو والد الفقيه تاج الدين السبكي.

He was buried in Saeed Al-Saada outside Bab Al-Nasr
