Ala inna dhikra Allah
The remembrance of Allah is the best of act worship
آnd the most precious gift given to Him in a group
Therefore since I have little to present,
I love meeting the beloved of Allah every hour
Because meeting the beloveds of Allah has every benefit
 

Loving You provided me with the means of life
And turned me away, for the rest of my life, from all other than You
So if You like, accept me, if you like, turn me away.
Whatever you like, O the coolness of my eyes,
By Allah I swear I am remaining loyal to You
respecting Your covenant and having hopes in connecting to You
 

A moment of attraction through me in love to your yards,
although I have had from old times, a rank before You
I swear by Allah for the rest of my life
I will never repent from loving You
Because Your love has grown in my heart
Exactly as my fingers have grown in my palm
 

You have granted my heart all varieties of your secrets
And you have admitted me under the curtains of your subtleties
And after what I have received of the floods of your generosity
It’s ḥaram – forbidden – for my heart to love other than you
Exactly as Musa, peace be upon him, was forbidden
To take any foster mothers other than his own
 

Es ilícito para mi corazón amar a otros
Ciertamente, el recuerdo de Allah es la mejor obediencia
y lo más valioso regalado en grupo
Por ello, a pesar de que soy de poca riqueza
amo el encuentro de los seres queridos en todo momento.
Ya que en el encuentro de los seres queridos hay beneficio.
 

Vuestro amor ha fortalecido mi razón de vivir
desapegándome de por vida de aquello que no sea Vuestra cercanía.
Así pues, si quieres acéptame y si quieres recházame
Oh mi amado, por Allah
que mantengo vuestra promesa y anhelo la unión.
 

El amor hacia vosotros me ha atraído
poseyendo cierta consideración desde hace tiempo.
Juré arrepentimiento eterno
creciendo en el corazón el amor hacia vosotros.
Al igual que han crecido los dedos desde las palmas (de las manos).
 

En mi corazón habéis revelado parte de Vuestro secreto
y me habéis revestido con vuestra gracia divina.
Tras encontrar Vuestra abundante Beneficiencia
es ilícito para mi corazón amar a otros
Al igual que fue ilícita la lactancia a Moisés (A.S.).
